I wish my metabolism worked like it did in High school. I was one of those girls who could eat ANYTHING and still be tiny. Then I got married, and it all changed! Suddenly I started noticing how my waist had a little chub on it, and pictures seemed less desirable than before. Then I learned these three steps, I’m going to teach you today.
The first thing you want to do is turn diagonal from the camera at a 45-degree angle. With this one step, you already looker smaller in your waist. When you face directly onto the camera it shows all you got in a bigger way.
Put your toes together and bend the leg that is closest to the camera. From here, take your shoulders and twist them in the opposite direction of your bent leg. By doing this you get more shape to your body and three “twists” that help your waist to look its ultimate best!
As a bonus, throw one hand on your hip and the other running down your hair so that you are picture-ready in a basic female pose that is flattering on every body type!
